Return Window
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature and customization of each piece, I do not accept returns for:
- Custom orders
- Items damaged due to mishandling or improper hanging

All items are shipped through our trusted marketplace partners (GoImagine and Etsy) who handle secure packaging and delivery.
Packaging
- Each piece is carefully wrapped for safe shipping
- Gift-ready presentation when applicable
- Includes care instructions

Custom Orders

Custom Order Returns
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

To keep your Sunwoven piece looking beautiful:
- Gentle dusting with a soft cloth
- Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
- Store in a dry place when not displayed
- Keep out of prolonged humidity
- Handle gently to preserve wire shaping
Hanging Instructions
- Use the provided loop for hanging
- Ensure secure mounting for heavier pieces
- Avoid hanging in high-traffic areas where pieces might be bumped
Quality Guarantee
Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive an item with a defect in craftsmanship, please contact me immediately. I will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
